Vision without execution provides nothing but dreams. Execution without a coherent vision provides completion, but not necessarily on the right or needed things. Only executing against a well defined and passionately held vision yields exceptional results. Be sure if you are a leader, that you are providing both a compelling vision and ensuring exceptional execution.
