Thank you to JAMmer ER for tweeting this excellent reminder to all leaders.  Leaders have the responsibility of courageously moving people unable to succeed from their teams to roles within or without the organization where their strengths are a match.  Assuming this is occurring, their next critical responsibility is to trust their people as individuals and as a team to achieve amazing results.  Believe in them, articulate that belief constantly, and watch the magic happen.
