The way to develop decisiveness is to start right where you are, with the very next question you face.
~Napoleon Hill
We admire leaders who make the difficult decisions with seeming ease. We may find ourselves struggling with decisiveness – worried about making the wrong decision, or being confused by the alternatives. To achieve a confident, decisive style, you must begin by educating yourself and gaining experience in the areas where you are called upon to make good decisions. That may be work or personally related. Confidence comes from knowledge and experience, and a bit of courage. Next time you are faced with a question, gather the data you need from your experience and knowledge or by asking others, and then act with decisiveness. To develop decisiveness, make a decision!
