The beginning of the 5th month of 2012 is a good time to assess your motivation for achieving what you set out to do this year. I have selected a pretty amazing little video which I hope will change the way you think about motivation – your motivation, and if you are a leader, how you attempt to motivate your people. The video lasts 11 minutes. Pick a quiet time and listen closely. It may just change your thinking for the better.
