It gets exhausting hearing people whine about how unfair it is that others have more than they do or that someone else is getting something that they more richly deserve. There is amazing opportunity for anyone willing to invest their time and effort to grow their skills, build networks, help others achieve their goals, and create value in the roles they currently hold.
In other words, if you want to dance, get on the dance floor.
