“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
~Eleanor Roosevelt
There is likely something or someone today you need to overcome to move forward with your goals and objectives. It is also likely that fear of either the object of your challenge, or of your inability to overcome it, is stopping you from taking action. If you haven’t prepared yourself by either learning or experience, it could make sense to wait to push forward – but only if you take action to learn or gain the experience you need to overcome your challenge. If you are only held back by your fear it is time to demonstrate your character and courage, and act despite your fears. That is the definition of bravery – to act despite your fear. Be brave. Act!
