“We should be taught NOT to wait for inspiration to start a thing. Action always generates inspiration.”
~Frank Tibolt
Regular readers know that I don’t believe in annual resolutions. Rather, I favor monthly celebrations of progress, reestablishing our goals and reinvigorating ourselves with hope and a sense of forward momentum. It is the start of a new month and after the latest turmoil of the financial markets and the ongoing political intrigue of the American election cycle, it is good to turn the page and start anew.
So go ahead, take a look at your goals and celebrate the actions you’ve taken and the progress you’ve made. Challenge yourself to recommit to the goals that still excite and inspire you and to create new ones if needed to get you enthused for the coming winter months. And, as always, the best way to start is to do SOMETHING. Action does generate inspiration.
