In the bustle of your day, you are able to navigate and make decisions based on the assumptions you have about people and situations. This is usually a very good thing. However, we must make time to pause and reflect on the actions we’re taking to ensure we haven’t missed critical information out of expediency.
Schedule in reflection time in each day to review your decisions and actions and the assumptions you used. Are some in need of revision? People and situations evolve, so must your assumptions.
